Training at thyssenkrupp Rasselstein – let's get started together!

Training at Rasselstein

Every year, around 55 motivated trainees start with us in industrial, technical, and commercial professions. We are looking for young talents who want to make a difference—who are committed, curious, and enjoy teamwork.

During your training, you will receive individual guidance and support from experienced trainers. You will start with our introductory week: Together with the other new trainees, you will stay at a youth hostel for a week full of exciting activities that will allow you to get to know each other better and grow together as a team.

And after that? Then the real work begins: You will start your new working life – with lots of new impressions, exciting tasks, and a strong team at your side.
