HR department
The HR department, with around 190 employees, is the central HR Shared Service Center for all personnel-related issues and processes within the thyssenkrupp Steel network. Our services stand for reliability, efficiency, and high service quality.

- SAP and Workday services
- IT support for the Executive Board

FI department
With around 85 employees, the FI department is responsible for the financial services portfolio within the Shared Service Center. A monthly invoice volume of around €800 million is processed securely and efficiently.
Areas of responsibility:
- Invoice processing and verification
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Master data maintenance
- Controlling
- Purchasing of materials and services
- Sales tax processing
- Payment transactions (automated & manual)
- Intercompany billing
- Supplier control
Goal: We create process efficiency, data transparency, and compliance – as the backbone of financial management within the Steel Group.
