At EXPO 2025 in Osaka, we will be presenting our CO2-reduced bluemint® Steel in the German Pavilion as a contribution to the topic of “Circular Economy”.
As an almost infinitely recyclable material, steel is the key to a sustainable circular economy. Primary steel remains indispensable – and by decarbonizing the energy-intensive blast furnace process, we are driving forward the climate-friendly transformation of our industry.
With our bluemint® Steel product, we are focusing on CO2-reduced steel and thus making an important contribution to climate protection.

CWIEME 2025
June 3–5, 2025, Berlin
At this year's CWIEME in Berlin, we will be presenting our innovative powercore® products. These include high-performance electrical steel grades with minimal core losses for transformers, generators and electric motors, which are essential for the energy and mobility transition. With powercore® traction grades and new concepts such as axial flux motors, the experts are contributing to the further development of electromobility.
The focus is particularly on the climate-friendly bluemint® powercore®, which contributes to the climate neutrality of steel production through CO2-reduced production.
