The Executive Board

The Executive Board of thyssenkrupp Rasselstein GmbH consists of four members including the Chairman of the Executive Board.

The Works Council

The 19 members of the Works Council co-decide on all issues regarding human resources policy and labor organization. The Youth and apprentice representation (JAV) and the Representation for disabled employees are also involved in these decisions. Representing the employee interests effectively in the company’s day-to-day operation is a tradition on which we will continue to place great value.

Representation for disabled employees

The representation office for disabled employees facilitates the integration of disabled people into the company, represents their interests and is available to provide help and consulting. It is an institution based on the Disabled Persons Act, and it cooperates closely with the Works Council.

Youth and apprentice representation (JAV)

The JAV is the central contact for questions and suggestions from young employees and apprentices at thyssenkrupp Rasselstein GmbH. For any questions regarding the JAV, please contact our Works Council.
